At RIC, we combine architecture, engineering and innovation to transform the way houses are built. We produce modular houses with metal structures, manufactured in a controlled environment and delivered as a finished product, ready to move into. With our experience and cutting-edge technology, we are driving a new era in modular construction in Portugal.
Houses built from scratch with a metal structure, combining strength, durability and customised design. We design robust solutions that adapt to your lifestyle, guaranteeing comfort, quality and sustainable construction, designed to last for generations.
At RIC, we believe that trust comes from clarity. We communicate openly about deadlines, processes and costs, ensuring that every client feels secure at every stage of the project.
We work only with top-quality materials and rigorous manufacturing processes. Each house is designed down to the last detail to exceed expectations and ensure maximum durability and comfort.
Design is an essential part of our vision. We develop projects that combine functionality and aesthetics, tailored to the needs of each client and the demands of modern life.
We combine production efficiency with fair prices, ensuring accessible, innovative solutions without compromising quality.
